Charter Park Drive was paved, landscaped and completed in June with the next area of homesites in Section 2 scheduled to begin in early 2026. Behind the scenes work is also begun for the community amenity area. The design phase is wrapping up now and we anticipate starting construction in 2026 with a planned opening in 2027 which will feature a resort-style pool, firepits, a pavilion and disc golf course along with walking paths.
