Smart Living™ Home Plans
The Smart Living™ Collection includes five distinct floorplans. They are the Hawking, Newton, Edison, King and Curie. The Hawking and Edison are two-story plans featuring three bedrooms, two and a half baths, expansive kitchens and two-car garages.
The Newton is our single-story plan with three bedrooms, two baths, a two-car garage and an expansive family room and kitchen. The first-floor owner’s suite features a large walk-in closet and luxurious bathroom with double vanity.
The King and Curie are larger plans with 2,400+ square feet, four bedrooms and an additional first-floor guest suite, expansive owner’s suites, and huge kitchens and dining areas.
