After months of preparation, team members from HHHunt’s Spring Arbor of Kinston arrived early at Fairfield Park to prepare for the 2018 Lenoir County Memory Walk. Tables were set, tents pitched and cars started rolling in to celebrate their efforts. It was a festival with one goal in mind—supporting those stricken with Alzheimer’s and Dementia and their loved ones. A local church sold cakes and other goodies, the Chick-fil-A Cow distributed coupons for free treats, and there was face painting and live music blaring (and so much more). In a collaborative effort, more than $22,000 was raised for Dementia Alliance of North Carolina. Spring Arbor of Kinston was proud to be a part of this important event.
