Colors are becoming\nthe new neutrals in wall paint more than interior selections. We are seeing\nhomebuyers bringing the outdoors into their homes with the return of warmer\ncolors with saturated hues, jewel tones and more patterns than in recent years.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Homebuyers are getting into quartz countertops, and we are seeing\na pop in two-tone kitchens. For\ncabinets, people are opting for lighter wood tones or even bolder choices like\nnavy paired with white and mixed metals for fixtures to give contrast. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The owner\u2019s suite bathrooms are all about luxury partnered\nwith functionality.
