From Norfolk/Chesapeake/Virginia Beach, take I-64 toward Chesapeake. Take the Deep Creek Exit 296B. From the Suffolk area, take Exit 296. At the second traffic light, continue straight on Mill Creek Parkway. Stay on Mill Creek Parkway through the Mill Creek Development. Culpepper Landing is approximately 2 miles from I-64.

From Newport News, follow I-64 E and use the right two lanes to take exit 264 for I-664 S toward Downtown Newport News/Chesapeake/Suffolk. Continue onto I-664 S. Continue on and take exit 15B for I-64 toward Chesapeake/VA Beach. Continue onto I-64 W. Take exit 296 for US-17 N/US-17 BUS S toward Portsmouth/Deep Creek. Turn right onto US-17 BUS S/George Washington Hwy N (signs for Elizabeth City). Continue straight onto Mill Creek Pkwy.

Upon entering the community, continue straight onto Mill Creek Parkway.  At the traffic circle, take 2nd exit and stay on Mill Creek Parkway.  Model home will be on the right.
